Positions We Are Hiring:

• Associate Account Manager and Associate Adjuster are entry-level management positions. • A bachelor’s degree, the willingness and ability to relocate countrywide are prerequisites. • Formal training consists of a seven-week program at Amica’s Corporate Headquarters in Rhode Island. • We offer competitive salaries and benefit packages. Associate account managers are responsible for helping to achieve branch management growth goals and for coaching their office’s sales staff in developing new business leads.With proven ability, account managers will supervise a team of associate account representatives. Strong sales, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required. Associate account managers must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team atmosphere. Associate Adjuster: Associate adjusters work primarily in the field gathering documentation and evidence in the investigation of a variety of claims. Within an assigned territory, associate adjusters locate and meet with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and police officers to conduct personal interviews and take signed or recorded statements. Associate adjusters also photograph accident scenes and damaged property. Associate adjusters should be assertive by nature, with the ability to think quickly in adversarial situations. They must be willing to work irregular hours as job needs dictate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
