 Reconciliation of Stocks subjected to Foreign Ownership Limit (FOL) in Japan held by JP Morgan Clients to reflect accurate portfolio positions on JPM System thus facilitating Clients’ trading.
 Monitoring the risk of trades failing settlement in the APAC markets – Japan and Indonesia and communicating the same to Foreign Institutional investors.

 Responding to client queries related to trade settlement in the Japan and Indonesia markets.
 Managing Tokyo Broadcasting Systems, Dividend Reclaim Process – Maintaining books, processing and accurate reporting the eligible dividends before pay date to all JP Morgan clients, thus liaising with all the entities involved – agent banks, clients, corporate action team to ensure accurate seamless bi annual dividend reclaim.
