Qualifications  

      *  BA/BS degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)   

      *  A strong commitment to self motivation   

      *  A proven track record of leadership and goal achievement   

      *  Ability to communicate effectively over the phone in person   

      *  Personal computer proficiency   

      *  Experience and skills in sales oriented environment preferred
