Positions We Are Hiring:

SKF USA, Inc is recruiting for its Application Engineering Training Program which is based in Kulpsville, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. Application Engineers are responsible for applying the vast solution products and platforms that SKF offers into new equipment designs as well as existing equipment. Application engineers will also work in industry segments as diverse as automotive, windpower, food processing, and metalworking. An application engineer must have excellent communication and problem solving skills since SKF employs a team concept when resolving technical challenges with both internal and external customers. An application engineer is an integral part of the sales team interfacing directly with customers, other SKF sales team members, and SKF manufacturing units throughout the world. Application engineers are the technical liaison of the sales team and are responsible for bringing all of SKF's technical resources and knowledge to the customer. This one year training program will include training opportunities at other SKF and customer locations throughout the year. Upon completion, participants will have opportunities to focus in a variety of Industries or Segments. In addition, there are many career opportunities that will eventually become available in technical sales, logistics, marketing, and business management.
