Western is a subsidiary of The Rollins Family of Business out of Atalnta Ga. Western operates 26 branch locations with about 700 associates in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States from NY to Va. We are a service industry helping business owners or home owners identify problems in their place of business or in their homes and then we offer environmentally friendly solution plans or programs to protect the establishments from these problems.

Positions in sales are predominantly account generation(90%) with some account maintenance(10%). All teritories are protected and consist of about 2 counties, so no overnight travel is involved. Our sales positions require min imum 60 day training program to bring you up to speed on our industry. Western pays base salary, plus monthly commissions. A weekly draw is also provided if need be. Company vehicle included,all gas and auto expenses paid for. Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance coverage, work from home or local office m-f, 10 paid holidays, up to 4 weeks paid vacation, tuition reimbursement program, bonus plan, laptop,cell phone provided.

Our branch mgmt training program offers the same benefit program with base salary and bonus program. Usually the mgmt training program is 9 months. Candidates must be willing to relocate with-in 150 miles of their training area after program is completed.
