The Boy Scouts of America and Learning for Life Organization is recruiting for the following vacancies around the country:

District Executive
In Boy Scouts of America, the district executive is responsible for the overall growth, extension, quality, program enhancement, and supervision of the Scouting program with a specified geographical area. The person in this position achieves these goals through the identification, cultivation, recruiting, and guidance of corps of adult volunteers whose purpose is to support, train, and motivate adult volunteer leaders who deliver the Scouting program. Public relations and fundraising administration are vital additional functions. As a district executive, you will serve as an executive manager of a geographic territory within the local council that is designated as a district.

Executive Manager
Within the Learning for Life Organization, as an executive manager, you will identify, recruit, train, guide, and inspire educators, community and business leaders, and volunteers to become involved in Learning for Life. You are responsible for the overall growth, extension, quality, program enhancement, and supervision of the Learning for Life program within a specified geographical area. You will oversee corps of adult volunteers who in turn support, train, and motivate the adult volunteer leaders delivering the Learning for Life program.
