We have a "Growth-from-Within" manager development program in which every manager starts at an entry level and undergoes an intensive two-year training program. Our home office is located in Denver, Colorado and we have operations throughout the United States.

 

Your career path starts at the Operations Manager role and will continue into an Assistant Director, and eventually Director role. We promote 100% of our leadership staff from within!

As an Operations Manager you will Supervise Direct Labor Employees – making hiring and termination decisions, training and counseling employees; develop relationships with key hospital personnel; manage an operating budget; conduct interviews with patients to evaluate housekeeping satisfaction; prepare employee job assignments and scheduling; handle equipment and supply inventory; attend and lead employee meetings; and train for additional responsibility to propel your management Career at Medi-Dyn.

How will you grow with us?

Success Factor #1:
In your first month of employment you will learn the technical skills involved in cleaning every component of the hospital.

• Provides you hands-on experience to effectively manage hourly staff
• You’ll gain critical knowledge and insight into the important of the Environmental Services (EVS) function.

Success factor #2:
Within 6 months of employment you will focus on the Medi-Dyn management philosophy which also includes employee and labor relations; staffing/scheduling, getting involved in employee and committee meetings.

Success factor #3:
Within 18 months to 2 years of employment you will complete advanced management training.
